Porcelain from Tajimi, thrown and slip-cast in the same workshop.
Origin
A third-generation workshop making tableware and lighting bodies. Its glazes are mixed on site from local feldspar, which is why the celadon varies between firings and why the workshop does not correct it.
In the workshop
Bodies are slip-cast, trimmed green, and single-fired to 1280°C in a gas kiln. Larger pieces are thrown.
